I think I must stop from do it. It takes a
lot sacrifice to stop it. I have to spend my time to be alone for a while after
salah. I try to search for short cut but it is no easy. I face many pains to
stop it. Listen to tazkirah, fasting and patient makes me slowly towards the
vision. Hopefully my journey is safe. I love Allah.
